Here’s what you can expect - a simple step-by-step outline for the regular monthly bookkeeping process

Simple steps to get started - no limiting contracts. Month to month or project only bookkeeping services available - ability to start and cancel any time.

  • You provide us access to your bookkeeping software, or we simply get you onboarded on mine.

  • Most banks nowadays will set up accountant to have a ‘view-only’ access - which allows us to view your transactions and statements without interrupting your day. Perfect to allow things to run smoothly.

  • Then we import and categorize all your income and expenses for all business credit cards and bank accounts.

  • All relevant accounts get reconciled to statements.

  • Monthly reports are checked and a list of unknown transactions sent to you for a quick review. Then clear monthly reports get emailed directly to your inbox.

  • You’ll be able to review the reports simply on your own time or schedule a quick strategy session, where we can go over all results together. Here I will answer any questions you might have, identify any problem areas and uncover opportunities - so that you can make informed decisions and see your business grow!
